With its scale, flexibility and advanced technology, EVE Music Hall will make it possible to host events that have not previously had a suitable venue in Slavonia.

The HVAC concept is based on modern air-handling systems and a thermally activated building system for heating and cooling. Geothermal heat pumps are planned as the primary energy source, providing heating and cooling with high energy efficiency and a reduced environmental impact.

To meet peak loads during major events, the design includes additional water chillers and a containerized gas boiler plant, ensuring reliable system operation under all conditions.

EVE Music Hall is more than a new concert venue. It embodies a vision for a meeting place where art, business, tourism and the community come together. At a time when many regions are competing to attract new amenities and investment, Slavonia is gaining a venue that will draw leading Croatian and international artists, conferences, trade fairs and cultural events throughout the year.

The project’s special value lies in the collaboration between the investor, architects, designers, engineers and numerous specialists who are jointly creating a venue for generations to come. EVE Music Hall is gradually becoming a symbol of Slavonia’s new ambitions—a place that will connect people, create memories and open new chapters in the region’s cultural and business development.

Tering is proud to contribute its knowledge and experience to this exceptional project through the design and supervision of key HVAC systems, helping to create one of Croatia’s most important new venues for culture and the conference industry.

U Čepinu su u punom jeku radovi na izgradnji koncertno-kongresnog kompleksa EVE Music Hall, jednog od najambicioznijih kulturnih i infrastrukturnih projekata u Hrvatskoj.
