Opened in 2007, Avenue Mall offers more than 27,000 m² of retail space. Alongside a Konzum supermarket, it includes numerous fashion and specialist stores, two children’s play areas, restaurants, bars and a nine-screen CineStar multiplex cinema. Avenue Mall Zagreb is located in the Siget district of Novi Zagreb, at the intersection of Dubrovnik Avenue and V. Holjevac Avenue.
Our role included complete MEP design and coordination of all building services from the initial concept through commissioning. We also designed the MEP systems for each individual retail unit within the shopping centre in accordance with tenant requirements.
