The reconstruction of the Hotel Argentina complex and its associated villas (Villa Argentina, Villa Orsula and Villa Glavić), which we reported on in early 2024, is entering its final phase. Following completion of the concrete and structural works, an underground tunnel is now being built to connect guests directly to the beach, creating a functional and spatially integrated complex.

Sustainable Solutions and High Technical Standards

The project stands out for its comprehensive green concept. A distinctive feature of the technical solution is a heat-pump system that uses seawater as both a heat source and heat sink, ensuring high energy efficiency and a reduced environmental impact.

The works cover more than 10,000 m² of gross floor area and require complex coordination of building-services systems in a demanding urban and heritage context immediately adjacent to Dubrovnik’s historic centre.
