Luxuriously appointed apartments occupy one of the most prestigious locations in Zagreb's historic centre, close to the cathedral—a centuries-old landmark that has witnessed events shaping the city's history. This sophisticated building was inspired by a desire to create exceptional comfort and quality of life in a distinctive setting that brings together tradition, modernity, tranquillity and urban living, with special attention to the individual needs and lifestyles of future residents.
Five underground and eight above-ground levels accommodate a variety of commercial and residential uses designed to complement their surroundings and meet users' needs. With residents, visitors and pedestrians in mind, the development also provides public amenities including a promenade, cafés, offices, a children's playground and landscaped green spaces.

Premium residences extend from the second to the seventh floor, providing residents with privacy and living spaces equipped with the latest building technologies.
Our role covered the complete MEP design and coordination of all building services, from the initial concept through to commissioning. The building features a high-performance HVAC system comprising radiant heating and cooling, VRV heat pumps or gas boilers, all connected to an intelligent BMS.
