Hotel Bellevue was completely renovated in 2014. Its new Spa Clinic La Vie en Rose offers a wide range of treatments and relaxation facilities, including spa gardens, indoor and outdoor pools, a Turkish bath with hammam, saunas, a steam bath and whirlpool. The climate of Lošinj and its abundant Mediterranean vegetation have long been valued for supporting people with respiratory conditions.
The hotel also includes two restaurants, a lounge bar and conference rooms, surrounded by dense pine forest beside the sea. Boutique Hotel Alhambra stands in the same area, together forming a luxury oasis of Lošinj tourism. Alhambra is a sophisticated five-star boutique hotel occupying a distinctive Austro-Hungarian villa more than a century old. It is one of the island's most charming and prominent hotels, where the atmosphere of an earlier era blends seamlessly with modern comfort and exceptional service.
For both hotels, our role covered the HVAC design from the initial concept through to commissioning.
Base heating and cooling of the public and representative spaces is provided by fan-coil units, with a VRV system serving the conference area, hydronic underfloor heating in specialist spaces such as the wellness area, pool and passage, and split systems for commercial and technical areas. Room heating and cooling is provided by a heat-pump VRV system using the environmentally improved refrigerant R410A.
