From 2006 to 2008, Tering prepared the design documentation for Novi SPA Hotels & Resort in Novi Vinodolski:
• construction of retail units
• reconstruction of the central building
• wellness centre
on the basis of which the buildings were constructed.
In 2024, we were engaged for the refurbishment and reconstruction of Resort Novi in Novi Vinodolski, covering:
• accommodation pavilions and connecting heated corridors
• the central hotel building
• the Sea Breeze building
• wellness centre
• apartments
• energy efficiency improvements.
The architectural and structural design was entrusted to Atellior d.o.o. of Zagreb, while our company acted as lead coordinator of the complete MEP design team and HVAC designer. Our scope included the detailed design and construction documentation, coordination with all consultants within our team, and related services.
