Demolition work on Kranjčevićeva Stadium began in late April 2025. A new, modern stadium worth approximately €44 million will be built on the site in accordance with UEFA Category 4 standards, with seating for more than 11,000 spectators.
The new stadium in Kranjčevićeva Street will improve Zagreb's sports infrastructure and quality of life. Its completion will lay the groundwork for the future construction of a new stadium in Maksimir, further strengthening Croatia's sporting landscape.
Tering prepared the main HVAC design for the building permit, as well as the detailed construction design and bill of quantities. The focus was on energy-efficient and sustainable solutions that will provide optimal conditions for athletes and spectators while reducing the stadium's overall energy consumption.
