HiPP Croatia d.o.o. is a modern company that follows trends in the food industry and holds a significant position in the production of cereal-based baby food in European and global markets. The company grew rapidly after the HiPP Group acquired Vivera in 2001. Today it employs more than 200 people, guided by an ambitious management team and the company’s mission and vision. Around HRK 50 million was invested in production over several years, primarily to increase capacity and improve production conditions, helping ensure the quality of its products.
Tering took part in most of the company’s investment projects and contributed its expertise to its expansion. We were engaged as MEP designers, delivering complete building-services designs with our specialist team. A particularly important part of every project was adapting the systems to meet the requirements of the company’s complex process equipment. Projects completed for HiPP Croatia (formerly Vivera) include:
- reconstruction of the boiler plant and construction of a new LPG station
- reconstruction and extension of the baby-food production plant and construction of a canopy
- reconstruction, extension and conversion of part of the production building into storage space
- roller and tower areas
We were involved in all these projects from the concept stage through commissioning.
Our most recent work for HiPP Croatia includes the concept design for an extension of the entire factory to meet increased market demand, as well as the concept design for modifications to the existing HVAC plants and installations in the tower area to accommodate new environmental-control requirements.
