The Kupari tourism resort development is one step closer to becoming a reality, with the path to obtaining planning permission now open. This significant milestone follows the adoption of amendments to the Kupari I Urban Development Plan at a meeting of the Župa Dubrovačka Municipal Council.
The project includes the reconstruction of five hotels—Goričina I and II, Grand, Pelegrin and Kupari—as well as the construction of supporting facilities, including swimming pools, halls and other buildings, together with a central service complex. The new luxury resort will offer approximately 400 beds.

Location and Design
The complex will be located six kilometres from Dubrovnik’s Old Town on a 170,000 m² site. According to visualisations published by Studio 3LHD, the resort will blend into the valley’s natural setting, surrounded by dramatic slopes that will remain untouched. The existing hotel structures will be renovated to a high standard, with a five-star hotel on one side and 32 apartments and four villas on the other. Green roofs and expansive glazed façades will allow the accommodation units to integrate fully with the natural environment.

Through the collaboration between architecture studio 3LHD and our company, which has been appointed to provide MEP engineering services, the project promises an exceptional standard of luxury and quality.
Conclusion
FOUR SEASONS DUBROVNIK RESORT represents a major step forward for the tourism offering of Dubrovnik and Croatia. With planning permission now within reach, this ambitious project is moving towards delivery and will bring a new level of luxury and quality to Croatian tourism.
