Bundek Centre is a mixed-use development in Novi Zagreb. The ground floor is intended for public uses, while the upper floors contain residential and office space. The offices are designed for contemporary ways of working and provide an acoustic buffer for the apartments while opening views towards the city.
A Diverse Residential Mix and Programme
Every apartment has a balcony or terrace connected to the living room through glazed doors, while the top two floors of the block contain penthouses. The diverse apartment mix and programme support an urban lifestyle for younger residents, families and older generations, helping transform Novi Zagreb from a single-purpose district into a layered city. The centre comprises 24,300 m² of office space, 227 apartments, a four-unit 590 m² kindergarten and 827 underground parking spaces.
Our role covered the complete MEP design and coordination of all building services, from the initial concept through to commissioning. The building features a high-performance HVAC system with radiant and radiator heating, VRV heat pumps and gas boilers, all connected to an intelligent BMS.
