The distribution logistics centre is planned as a storage centre, which aims to improve the business and production capacities of SPAR Hrvatska Ltd. The goal of the construction, in addition to increasing capacity, is to further strengthen the company's influence on today's market and in the future.
In the construction of the conceptual design, the construction of two storage halls is foreseen, which are named hall 1 and hall 2. Hall 1 is a cold room where products that require special temperature regulation will be stored in order to store the products in the correct way.

Hall 2 is a warehouse where no special temperature control is required, but the temperature must be maintained between 12 and 24 degrees depending on the season. Both halls are logistically equally designed, to have two sectors within the hall, the lower part of which is the loading area where goods are brought in and taken out and part of the warehouse where goods are stored on racks.
Uz dvije skladišne hale predviđena je još jedna manja hala koja će imati dvije etaže. U prizemlju će se odlagati ambalaža, kartoni i folije. Na katu građevine predviđen je administrativni dio koji će imati posebnu namjenu za radnike u operativi i radnike u administraciji.
Od ostalih pratećih građevina manje kvadrature se nalazi radionica i praonica za potrebe pranja i popravaka kamiona od strane tvrtke SPAR Hrvatska i pretakalište goriva za punjenje kamiona gorivom.
Tering je angažiran za projektiranje HVAC i plinskih instalacija, od faze idejnog projekta, glavnog projekta, tender dokumentacije do izvedbenog projekta.
